Junior Account Manager

to join our team. In this role, you’ll support senior account managers in maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring successful project delivery, and driving customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to grow their career in client management, sales, or marketing. Responsibilities

Assist in managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Support senior account managers with day-to-day client communications and deliverables. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, creative, operations) to meet client needs and deadlines. Help prepare reports, presentations, and performance updates for clients. Track account performance metrics and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in CRM systems. Contribute to the development of account strategies and campaign plans. Resolve minor client issues promptly or escalate them when necessary. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in account management, sales support, customer service, or a similar role (internships welcome). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
