In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot which includes helping members with their purchases, and ensuring there are carts ready and available. You will also assist our members helping them load their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. Rain or shine, sleet or snow, our members count on you. Ensures club pick up orders are filled by notifying members when pickup time is delayed or products are unavailable; offer alternative product options; ensure items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup; resolve member issues and concerns; promote the company\'s products and services. Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps; follow procedures for handling merchandise; correct and report unsafe situations to facility management. Provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying needs; assist with purchasing decisions; process purchases; assist with payments according to policies for different membership types; use cash registers; locate and organize merchandise; zone designated areas; promote the company\'s products and services; organize and maintain availability of carts/flatbeds; assist with transporting items; use cart retrieval equipment; maintain parking lot cleanliness. Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; implement related action plans; apply Open Door Policy in executing business processes and practices.
