Team Member: Collaborates with other associates to build a strong meat team; communicates with team members; and is flexible to work in other areas as needed. Expert: Demonstrates knowledge of floor operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and the operation, maintenance, and sanitization of equipment; prepares meat products according to standards; cuts boneless meat; maintains product quality standards. Techie: Uses digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; uses handheld technology to inform production, training, and product quality decisions with the member in mind; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them. Owner: Maintains operational excellence and a clean, properly labeled and stored meat area; ensures quality and date control standards; eliminates waste; assists members with purchasing decisions; adheres to company policies and procedures. Talent Ambassador: Advocates for the department and the club by modeling high-quality service and products; executes basics at the highest level and shows energy and commitment. Compliance and work practices: Follows company policies, procedures, and ethics; uses available data and resources; communicates progress and information; and adapts to change and feedback.
