Base pay range $15.00/hr - $18.00/hr

We’re looking for someone eager to learn, grow, and succeed in real estate sales. Backed by a supportive team, you’ll have access to ongoing training, mentorship, and the tools you need to build a rewarding career.
What You’ll Do
Prospect daily for new clients across multiple lead sources
Respond quickly and professionally to inbound inquiries from internet leads, sign calls, and more
Schedule appointments for our Listing and Buyer Agents
Maintain and organize client and lead databases
Consistently follow up and nurture leads until appointments are set
Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, teammates, and leadership
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
Comfortable learning and internalizing scripts for effective conversations
Focused, detail-oriented, and organized with excellent time management
Results-driven with a high level of personal accountability
Tech-savvy with basic computer and internet skills
Confident, professional phone presence
Ability (or willingness) to obtain a real estate license
Previous sales experience and/or a valid real estate license is a plus
Set and achieve monthly performance goals
Track business sources and conversion metrics
Participate in ongoing training and skill development
Manage and nurture 50+ new leads weekly, along with existing database leads
Consistently generate a high volume of new connections each week
Be coachable, accountable, and committed to growth
Base hourly wage
Opportunity for commission on closed deals
