Act as the primary point of contact for clients, donors, and event participants, providing friendly, professional support
Assist with all aspects of event operations, including setup, coordination, and breakdown to ensure seamless experiences
Communicate key campaign and event details clearly to clients, attendees, and stakeholders
Collaborate closely with team members and event managers to achieve campaign objectives and exceed expectations
Participate in structured training programs to build expertise in
client relations, event marketing, and fundraising initiatives
Who You Are
Outgoing, personable, and professional, with a passion for connecting with people
Reliable team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Adaptable and comfortable in
fast-paced, event-driven environments
Strong communicator, both verbally and in writing
No previous experience required—full training provided
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
