What You Will Be Doing With this attractive opportunity you will ensure that transactional finance processes are delivered efficiently and effectively to meet customer requirements. Position responsibilities will involve customer service interactions with external vendors and internal Rolls‑Royce contacts, processing invoices, other duties related to paying our vendors on time, and financial reporting.
Key Accountabilities
Initiate payment proposals for North America for vendors across the globe, and prepare forecast to US Treasury team
Process invoices for LibertyWorks and retrieve approvals from the Business
Assist team with A/P queries and escalations, for both internal and external stakeholders
Perform bank verification procedures for LibertyWorks vendors and for other US vendors, as needed, in accordance with group policy
Complete monthly reconciliations for external and internal LibertyWorks vendors as part of internal controls
Collaborate with the Business to action and release invoice-level and vendor-level blocks
Work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service
Support month‑end and year‑end close, internal and external audit requests, and other ad‑hoc projects as required
Apply appropriate level of professional skepticism to all financial transactions and task proposed transactions, as necessary, to ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with accounting standards and group policy

Basic Requirements
Associate’s degree with 1+ years in accounting / finance‑related experience OR
Bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance-related OR
Experience in lieu of degree with 3+ years in accounting / finance‑related field

Pay Range $58,656 – $79,051 annually
