Critique student resumes and cover letters as part of the Document Review process. Review job and internship postings in Handshake (Belmont’s career management platform). Represent Career & Professional Development at events and presentations across campus. Assist students, graduates and employers with accessing Handshake. Act as liaison to peers by marketing and promoting OCPD services, programs and events. Assist with providing office coverage by answering the main telephone line and greeting guests. Other projects/duties based on student interest areas. Required Qualifications
Knowledge of or willingness to learn Handshake (career management platform). Excellent communication and interpersonal/customer service skills. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and accept individual responsibility for projects or assignments. Motivated to work individually and as part of a team. Creativity, solid work ethic and proven productivity with a minimum amount of supervision. Additional Requirements
Must be awarded Federal Work Study for 25-26 academic year for consideration. Required Education
Must be enrolled as a student at Belmont University. Required Experience
Previous customer service &/or administrative experience is preferred, but not required. Seniority level
