is seeking an Agentic AI Architect for a remote, full-time/direct-hire role with benefits. The Agentic AI Architect will lead the design and deployment of intelligent, autonomous systems that leverage generative AI, multi-agent frameworks, and cloud-native AI infrastructure. Qualified candidates will have 7+ years in Data or AI/ML system architecture, along with 2+ years in GenAI and 1+ year in Agentic AI, and must have knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud architecture with consulting/advisory client-facing experience. Salary Range: $180,000-195,000 per year; salary negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. This opportunity offers flexible paid time off, at least 15 paid holidays per year, paid sick and safe leave, and paid parental leave. Responsibilities

Create an AI strategy and vision for large clients / business units. Architect and implement agentic AI systems integrating LLMs, planning modules, memory, and tool-use capabilities. Design and deploy multi-agent orchestration frameworks for enterprise use cases (e.g., customer service, operations, R&D). Build and manage cloud-native AI pipelines using both AWS and Azure AI services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI-driven cloud solutions. Define and enforce AI governance, safety, and ethical standards in system design. Evaluate and integrate open-source and proprietary AI tools, including vector databases, orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI), and cloud-native AI platforms. Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives and scale successful prototypes into production-ready systems. Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Data or AI/ML systems architecture, with at least 1 year in agentic or autonomous AI. Client-facing background, preferably in a consulting or advisor role with experience working on PoCs, roadmaps, strategies, and AI, cloud, or data transformations or migrations. Hands-on experience with cloud AI services, including expertise in Azure OR AWS. Ability to travel to clients approximately 20% of the year. Knowledge of AI observability, monitoring, and Agentic AI/MLOps best practices. Understanding data engineering pipelines and real-time data streaming (e.g., Kafka, Kinesis). Knowledge of data modeling, data governance, and data security principles. Expertise in Databricks (on Azure) for large-scale data engineering and transformation workflows, including PySpark, Scala, Delta Lake, and MLflow is a plus. Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, vector search, and tool augmentation. Familiarity with orchestration frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel is a plus. Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, Kafka and experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. Additional pluses include Agentic Factory, marketing experience such as campaigns, loyalty programs, promotions, or marketing automation, CRM skills, and ability to be a storyteller.
