JOB DESCRIPTION Atlantic Health is seeking an Orthopedic APP at Morristown Medical Center. Atlantic Health, one of New Jersey’s largest non-profit healthcare networks, is seeking an Advanced Practice Professional (APP) to join the Department of Orthopedics at Morristown Medical Center. This is a full-time opportunity within a nationally recognized Level I Trauma Center. The APP will support the orthopedic trauma team by providing direct patient care, managing acute injuries, and assisting with post-operative follow-up. The role involves close collaboration with attending physicians and other members of the multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in orthopedic trauma or acute care, strong communication skills, clinical confidence, and the ability to work effectively within a team. Experience in surgical first assist is a plus.

Qualifications

Graduated from an accredited Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner program

Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey

Trauma experience required

3 years of Orthopedic experience required

Must have excellent communication and computer skills
