Our merchandising & stocking associates connect all of the dots to make sure members can find everything they have on their shopping list. Depending on the shift you work, your job could include moving inventory in the backroom, unloading trucks, fulfilling club pick-up orders or helping members while stocking shelves. What you'll do : Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; guiding and assisting with self-service technology; aiding purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; resolving member issues; promoting products and services. Maintains safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps; following forklift spotting procedures; handling and disposing of hazardous materials; adhering to company standards; reporting unsafe situations to management. Maintains sales floor and merchandise presentation by zoning, stocking, arranging and organizing merchandise; setting up, cleaning, and organizing displays; removing damaged goods; pricing as per policy; identifying shrink and damages; securing fragile and high-shrink merchandise. Monitors product quality, rotation, dating, recalls, and sanitation per policy; ensuring prominent display of promotional and seasonal merchandise. Complies with policies and ethics; uses Open Door Policy; supports business processes and practices. Completes work by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; prioritizing tasks; communicating progress; seeking improvements; adapting to change and feedback. Ensures club pick up orders are filled and staged according to policy and procedures.
