The role is within M+C Saatchi World Services, partnering with governments, civil society, foundations, academia, and the private sector on issues such as national security, social justice and conflict prevention. The role is based in the NYC office.

About the role The Social Creative will lead the creative development and execution of digital and social-first content, owning brand expression through ideation, creation, and optimization across all major platforms—with a particular focus on LATAM audiences. The role champions experimentation with emerging technologies, from AI-assisted tools to new storytelling formats, to deliver ideas that are culturally resonant and visually arresting while staying ahead of platform trends.

What you’ll do

Creative ideation, conceptual thinking, and storytelling: lead concept development and execution of social-first creative across multiple platforms.

Social-first content design and production: create and oversee both visual and written content, from videos to full campaigns; produce content independently when needed (shooting, editing, and packaging).

Understand platform-specific requirements, trends, and engagement mechanics; deliver original, platform-native ideas aligned with brand voice and business objectives.

Content strategy and planning: guide and review content with attention to craft, tone, and performance potential; collaborate with strategists and the media team to ensure content effectiveness.

Fluent in creative technology: leverage AI, automation, and data to enhance ideation, storytelling, and production efficiency; act as a brand steward to ensure creative consistency across content streams.

Data analysis: interpret data from a creative lens to optimize content performance.

Copywriting in English and Spanish (nice to have): write engaging copy in native Spanish that resonates with diverse audiences.

Cross-functional collaboration: report to the Content Director and collaborate across accounts, strategy, media, and production teams.

What you bring (skills, experience)

Good experience in a digital and social-led creative, content, or advertising environment.

Familiarity with creative best practices across short-form video, visual storytelling, and always-on social content.

Track record of presenting and selling creative ideas to clients and internal teams.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and AI content creation tools (image and video).

Comfortable experimenting with emerging technologies, AR filters, and motion tools to bring ideas to life.

Proficiency in English; Spanish language skills are a plus (native or fluent).

Desirable

Experience working with NGO or government clients and understanding their tone, goals, and sensitivities.

Native or fluent Spanish speaker with demonstrated Hispanic marketing and social-first copywriting.

Salary is dependent on experience, $80K - $90K. All candidates must have the ability to work without restrictions in the US; visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
