Overview
The merchandising & stocking associate role supports members by organizing and stocking products, unloading and processing shipments, assisting members, and maintaining a clean, member-ready store environment. The position may involve moving inventory in the backroom, unloading trucks, fulfilling club pick-up orders, and helping members while stocking shelves. The pay range is $17.00/hr - $24.00/hr, and actual pay will be based on skills and experience. Responsibilities
Unloading trucks promptly and assisting fellow associates as needed throughout the store. Sorting, stocking, and organizing products on shelves and in the backroom; maintaining a clean and orderly merchandising area. Engaging with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude; interacting with members to support shopping needs. Ensuring club pick up orders are filled and staged according to company policy and procedures. Maintaining safety and compliance by observing safety procedures and reporting unsafe conditions. Providing member service by acknowledging needs, guiding with self-service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services. Keeping the sales floor and displays properly zoned, signed, and priced; rotating stock and ensuring product quality and sanitation standards are met. Complying with company policies, ethics standards, and the Open Door Policy. Completing tasks and priorities by collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other partners; setting deadlines and communicating progress. Qualifications
