Base Pay Range $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr
Position Summary: Do you like to work on your feet and keep things neat and organized? Our merchandising & stocking associates connect all of the dots to make sure members can find everything they need. From everyday items to special occasions, members rely on you as their on‑site guide to locate products. Depending on the shift, your duties include moving inventory in the backroom, unloading trucks, fulfilling club pick‑up orders, and stocking shelves. This fast‑paced, physically demanding role rewards effort with a fair wage.
Key Responsibilities
Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and guiding them to product locations.
Maintain safety of the facility by conducting sweeps, following forklift spotting, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.
Keep the sales floor and merchandise presentation in alignment with company standards by zoning areas, stocking, arranging, organizing displays, and pricing merchandise.
Monitor food and merchandise quality, ensuring proper rotation, code dating, recall compliance, and sanitation standards, while promoting seasonal items.
Comply with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, applying the Open Door Policy as needed.
Complete work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, co‑workers, and partners, recommending improvements, and adapting to change.
Assist in filling club pick‑up orders, staging them according to company policy throughout the day.
Minimum Qualifications
Ability to lift and carry boxes and other heavy objects weighing more than 25 pounds.
Comfortable in fast‑paced environments and able to adapt quickly to changing work scenarios.
Strong problem‑solving skills, tackling obstacles head‑on to ensure task completion with excellence.
Member‑first attitude, keeping customer satisfaction as a top priority.
