Role Summary
This role will support the Group Vice President of Connections and the Group Vice President. Responsibilities include handling executives’ calendars, coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries, scheduling and preparing for meetings and events, managing the team’s budget, and leading critical special projects at the discretion of the leadership team. The position offers exposure to senior leaders within our organization and excellent growth opportunities within the world’s largest beer company. Ideal candidates have excellent communication skills, the ability to meet tight deadlines, and strong mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). They are experienced planners and project managers with integrity, discretion, and a professional work ethic.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain and refine internal processes that support the executive team, coordinating resources to expedite workflow.
Manage communication between upper management and employees, liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.
Plan and coordinate work to ensure senior executives’ priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld.
Manage professional and personal scheduling, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other logistics.
Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, and manage the flow of information to senior executives.
Arrange senior executives’ travel, including hotel booking and transportation coordination.
Perform administrative and office support.
Uphold integrity and strict confidentiality with all materials, exercising discretion when interfacing with the business.
Coordinate team communications and plan events, both internally and offsite.
Job Qualifications
3+ years’ experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management.
Proven problem‑solving skills, able to confront complex situations and bring people together to craft solutions.
Strong communicator, able to influence others through concise written and verbal communication.
Anticipate and understand the needs of the team.
Highly organized with strong time‑management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with an interest in acquiring new software skills.
Job Type & Location Contract to Hire, based in Saint Louis, MO.
Pay and Benefits Pay range: $26.00–$30.00 / hr.
