The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the execution of national and local marketing initiatives. This position is responsible for bringing campaigns to life across multiple channels - email, social media, print, and in-studio marketing - ensuring all materials reflect brand standards and are delivered on time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, design-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Responsibilities Campaign & Content Execution
Build and deploy marketing assets across email, social, and in-studio touchpoints following creative direction.
Assist in the development and scheduling of email campaigns, including light copy edits, image sourcing, and layout adjustments.
Design or adapt flyers, social media graphics, and promotional materials in Canva or Figma.
Manage content updates across marketing systems and ensure consistency across brand channels.
Marketing Support & Coordination
Support the rollout of marketing initiatives by coordinating deliverables, timelines, and approvals with internal teams and franchise partners.
Review and audit marketing execution guides, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and brand alignment.
Assist with social media management, including content scheduling, basic engagement tracking, and community monitoring.
Help gather and organize creative assets and campaign performance data for post-campaign reporting.
Support setup and maintenance of franchise Instagram/Facebook, Google Business, and Yelp pages.
Brand Consistency
Ensure all creative output follows brand guidelines, tone, and messaging standards.
Act as a quality-control checkpoint for marketing deliverables.
Maintain an organized digital asset library of brand materials, templates, and campaign files.
Sets up and maintains all marketing initiatives in internal databases ensuring team is on deadline.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Marketing Managers and franchise teams to support local campaigns.
Communicate deadlines and deliverables clearly to ensure on-time campaign launches.
Provide administrative support for marketing department projects as needed.
Qualifications Required
1-3 years experience in marketing, social media, or related role (agency or brand experience required)
A strong passion or experience in the wellness category
Proficiency in Canva or Figma (experience building templates, resizing designs, or creating layouts).
Working knowledge of social media and email marketing platforms
Basic understanding of marketing campaign structure, timelines, and asset workflows
A self-starter with a can-do attitude that is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, email marketing software)
Preferred
Experience using Canva, Figma, and/or Klaviyo
Experience with Facebook/IG Business Manager, Google Adwords, and Analytics
Experience within a franchise, wellness, or lifestyle brand a plus
Location
Office located in Venice, CA. Hybrid optional, required 3 days in office.
