Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $24.00/hr. This range is provided by Sam's Club. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. The merchandising & stocking associate role supports members by keeping items organized and accessible. Responsibilities include moving inventory, unloading trucks, fulfilling club pick-up orders, stocking shelves, and assisting members as needed. Responsibilities
Promptly unloading trucks Assisting fellow associates as needed throughout the store Sorting and stocking products on shelves and in the backroom Engaging with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude Maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area Ensuring club pick up orders are filled and staged according to policy Providing member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, guiding self-service options, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services Maintaining safety of the facility by conducting safety checks, following forklift procedures, handling hazardous materials safely, and reporting unsafe conditions Ensuring proper product rotation, dating, recalls, sanitation, and prominent displays Signing and pricing merchandise according to policy; identifying shrink and damages Carrying out tasks with a focus on efficiency and adaptability Qualifications
