Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel and logistics for executives.
Monitor priorities and deadlines, providing reminders and follow‑ups to keep leadership on track.
Send weekly summary emails outlining upcoming meetings, key tasks, and follow‑up items.
Prepare and deliver professional presentations, reports, and internal communications.
Maintain organized project trackers, notes, and digital files.
Communicate regularly with departments to share updates and gather feedback.
Support meetings from planning to follow‑up, ensuring clear action items and accountability.
Handle expense reports, vendor coordination, and other administrative tasks.
Identify and suggest ways to improve organization, efficiency, and communication flow.
Qualifications
Exceptional communication and organizational skills, both written and verbal.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and personalities with professionalism.
Proactive approach to keeping leadership informed, updated, and accountable.
Comfortable preparing and sharing recap or summary communications.
Tech‑savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) or Google Workspace.
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Relevant experience in administrative support, coordination, or operations is valued.
