Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
Current ARDMS required; RCS preferred.
Current, valid, active certification to practice as an Ultrasound Technician in the state of employment.
Completion of specialized certificate program (obstetrics/gynecology, cardiac, vascular, musculoskeletal).
Two years of recent experience in the area of specialty.
Current, valid, active driver’s license.
Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation.
Recent acute care experience for acute care and LTAC placements.
Additional Qualifications / Skills
Accurately position patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and safety while adhering to radiation protection protocols.
Operate and maintain imaging equipment (fluoroscopy, CT, ultrasound) to obtain high‑quality images.
Monitor patients during procedures, observe for complications or unusual events, and report findings to the physician.
Certificates, Licensures, Registrations
Current ARDMS required; RCS preferred.
Current, valid, active certification to practice as an Ultrasound Technician in the state of employment.
Completion of specialized certificate program (obstetrics/gynecology, cardiac, vascular, musculoskeletal).
Current BLS certification from a Vibra Travels‑approved vendor required; AHA preferred.
Vibra follows federal and state requirements for vaccinations, vaccination offerings, and disease screening. Some states and locations may have different vaccine or screening requirements.
