The Global Marketing Engines & Experiences (GME&E) team is seeking a
Social Creative Producer
to lead creative production and workflow design across Microsoft’s commercial marketing ecosystem. This role blends production, creative operations, AI integration, and agency collaboration — ensuring great work is delivered on a scale, on strategy, and with system-level efficiency.
Job Location: The primary location for this position is Redmond, WA. Additionally, there are three other locations where this role may be based. Candidates who do not reside in one of these four areas will be relocated to Redmond.
This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 1+ year(s) integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience OR equivalent experience.
1+ year(s) experience in creative production, integrated marketing, or operations or related work experience OR equivalent experience.
1+ year(s) experience managing production across formats, timelines, and cross-functional teams
1+ year(s) experience with AI tools and automation in creative workflows
1+ year(s) experience collaborating with external agencies and aligning systems across organizations producing at multiple altitudes — from asset-level execution to systems-level thinking
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience OR equivalent experience.
3+ year(s) experience integrating campaign data, audience insights, and performance signals into creative operations
3+ year(s) experience with modular storytelling and scalable content systems
Proficiency with production and collaboration tools (Asana, Airtable, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, M365)
Experience in business to business or enterprise marketing preferred Communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Integrated Marketing IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $112,000 - $185,300 per year.

Responsibilities You’ll be responsible for producing across all altitudes — from executing fast-turn assets to building cross-functional systems that enable reusability, automation, and data-informed storytelling. You’ll work across creative, marketing, and technology teams to turn strategy into delivery, aligning internal processes with agency infrastructure and internal studios and ensuring seamless creative collaboration across partners.
This producer will be “tip of the spear” for making great work, being a strong partner and advocate of creative teams, writers, developers, designers, and animators.
