Overview Slalom is seeking a visionary Enterprise AI Leader to spearhead large-scale AI transformation initiatives for organizations embarking on digital evolution journeys. This role requires advanced expertise in designing, deploying, and scaling AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation within complex enterprise environments. You will collaborate closely with senior executives, technical teams, and business stakeholders to define the roadmap for AI innovation, govern ethical and effective AI adoption, and navigate the challenges of integrating advanced analytics into core business platforms. What You’ll Do
Lead solutioning, estimation, and deal closure for sales pursuits involving AI in Salesforce.
Drive discovery, planning, and requirements elicitation for complex organizations adopting AI in Salesforce.
Facilitate client meetings to define and prioritize value-driven outcomes.
Lead cross-functional teams as an AI SME to deliver impactful Salesforce AI solutions.
Serve as a functional consultant and business analyst specializing in AI applications within Salesforce.
Collaborate with Slalom teams across domains (e.g., AWS, OpenAI, Google) to create proofs of concept (POCs) and points of view (POVs) that expand the use of AI in Salesforce.
Provide thought leadership and define best practices for integrating AI within Salesforce ecosystems.
Manage seamless handoffs from sales to delivery for Salesforce AI projects.
Develop reusable delivery assets and accelerators for internal and client teams.
Act as an evangelist for Salesforce AI across Slalom, promoting innovation and adoption.
Coach and enable other teams on best practices for leveraging AI in Salesforce.
Partner with marketing to create customer stories showcasing Salesforce AI success.
Support market-fit analyses, total addressable market (TAM) assessments, and pipeline triage in collaboration with Account and Capability Leads.
Serve as a conduit between real-world client needs and innovation initiatives within Slalom’s Innovation Hub.
What You’ll Bring

Ability to elicit and interpret business requirements — uncovering the “why” behind the “what.”
Deep Salesforce configuration expertise across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.).
Strong understanding of AI capabilities within Salesforce (Einstein, Prompt Builder, Copilot, Data Cloud, etc.) and how to apply them effectively.
Awareness of the declarative limits of the platform and the judgment to know when and how to extend with custom code.
Proven record of successful Salesforce and AI-enabled project delivery.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
Exceptional organizational and facilitation skills to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
Confidence and enthusiasm for presenting to groups and influencing through storytelling.
Curiosity and a drive to push boundaries, continuously exploring emerging AI capabilities.
Suggested Certifications: AI Specialist, Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer 1
Suggested Experience: Prompt engineering, working knowledge of RAG solution patterns with SOTA foundational model providers (Open AI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc) and Data Cloud retrievers

Compensation And Benefits Slalom prides itself on helping team members thrive in their work and life. Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range for a Senior Principal is $140,000 to $258,000 and for a Director is $161,000 to $308,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
