This role bridges strategy and execution — inspiring adoption, developing enablement programs, and ensuring AI tools deliver measurable business impact across all departments. The individual will act as the internal champion for responsible, efficient, and innovative AI use firmwide.**Responsibilities:**• Lead AI adoption initiatives across departments by identifying use cases, building proof-of-concepts, and scaling successful pilots.

• Partner with business leaders to integrate generative AI into existing workflows and client services.

• Develop and deliver AI training, workshops, and internal communications to promote understanding and adoption.

• Act as the liaison between IT, data, and business functions to align technology capabilities with business objectives.

• Measure ROI and impact of AI initiatives using adoption metrics, productivity improvements, and user feedback.

• Collaborate with HR and Learning & Development to embed AI literacy into onboarding and continuing education.

• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and ethical use standards.

• Track emerging AI trends and recommend strategic opportunities for the firm.**Requirements/Qualifications:**• 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, innovation, or data/AI program management.

• Strong understanding of generative AI tools and practical business applications.

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills — capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Demonstrated success in driving cultural or technology change initiatives.

• Experience in professional services or consulting environments preferred.*We are an equal opportunity employer.
