Job Overview
General merchandise associates greet customers on the salesfloor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required. Base pay range
$14.00/hr - $27.00/hr Hourly Wage:
$14 - $27 per hour Compensation and Benefits
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met. Benefits include medical, vision and dental coverage; 401(k), stock purchase and company-paid life insurance; paid time off benefits (parental leave, family care leave, bereavement, jury duty, voting); short-term and long-term disability; company discounts; Military Leave Pay; adoption and surrogacy expense reimbursement, and more.
