A well-established small animal practice is seeking an experienced and motivated
Lead Veterinarian
to guide a dedicated clinical team and uphold exceptional standards of patient care. This role offers a strong platform for professional growth, leadership development, and the opportunity to shape the medical direction of a thriving veterinary practice.
Key Responsibilities
Provide oversight and mentorship to the veterinary and support staff team
Foster a collaborative, positive, and growth-focused work environment
Deliver comprehensive medical and surgical care for a diverse range of patients
Support operational goals by partnering with practice leadership on workflow and quality standards
Build trusted relationships with clients and the wider pet community
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent)
Active veterinary license (or eligibility for licensure) in the relevant state
Strong clinical competency and leadership capabilities
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills
