Pacha Automation
Responsibility for the active sales of our machines and special equipment in the southern sales region (Bavaria and Austria)
Strategic support, further development of our customers, and acquisition of new customers
Establishing long-term customer relationships at the decision-maker level
Identifying cross-selling and upselling potential
Creating and presenting customized offers and solutions
Working closely with internal departments such as product management, marketing, and engineering
Providing technical advice to customers and supporting the entire sales process – from the initial inquiry to the conclusion of the contract
Participation in trade fairs, customer events, and specialist events
Market and competition analysis for the development of new sales strategies
You should have the following background
Completed degree in economics, engineering, or a comparable qualification Several years of experience in B2B sales of electronics manufacturing equipment; alternatively, experience in technical sales, ideally in mechanical or plant engineering Strong technical understanding and enthusiasm for complex solutions Strong customer focus and negotiation skills Strategic thinking and entrepreneurial approach Willingness to travel and high level of self-motivation Very good written and spoken German and English skills The company offers you
