Assistant Vice President, Sales Engagement Manager The Sales Engagement Manager will be a member of a dynamic team driving growth of digital solutions in a prioritized portfolio of accounts. This role supports Genpact’s Sales and Transformation Services by shaping and responding to challenges within specific industry verticals such as consumer goods, retail, and Banking & Financial Services. The digital sales team has experienced growth with new logos and expanded digital footprint with existing customers. This role identifies, shapes, and closes revenue opportunities in existing accounts based on repeatable offerings and solutions that drive change in targeted verticals. The role combines leading edge digital solutions with domain expertise to create innovation and thought leadership opportunities. Location: Genpact is an Equal Opportunity Employer. $160,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr . Further details about compensation will be determined by experience, knowledge, skills, and location, as discussed with the recruiter. Act as a trusted advisor in establishing relationships with the CIO organization, helping clients think through challenging business opportunities. Demonstrate an understanding of a client’s business and use of various technologies to craft transformational value propositions. Proactively create, identify, and develop opportunities in technology and data space (ERP’s Custom Development, Support consolidation, Data Analytics, Datalake Advisory and Implementation). Provide domain and digital solution expertise to internal teams, including participation in RFI, RFP, proactive bids, customer-facing envisioning sessions/demonstrations, assessments, and workshops. Collaborate with cross-functional Genpact teams to assess and scope new opportunities (oracle, SAP, Data, ADM, Delivery, solutioning, etc.). Expand Genpact’s market positioning by developing new offerings and thought leadership marketing. Own delivery estimations, solutioning, and pricing for proposed client solutions and work with Genpact and the client on MSA, SOW, Change requests, etc. Report to the VP, Lead Client Partner - High-Tech. Work with Genpact Solutions, SMEs, and other consulting leaders to establish and grow client relationships, innovate with clients, and win deals. Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications / Skills Leaders with deep domain and proven knowledge and experience in the High-Tech Industry. Strong delivery and technical background in technologies such as Custom, ERP, Data, or SaaS solutions. Experience in shaping a role with potential to catalyse growth of a transformation services business for Genpact. Experience in either a software or similar consulting firm with potential to contribute to a rapidly growing business. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Deep expertise in High-Tech industry vertical. Experience applying digital technologies to solving business problems across ERP, custom solutions, SaaS, and transformation services. Understanding of business dynamics with a focus on digitalization and disruption. Good cultural fit and collaboration across Genpact, client teams, and alliance partners. Technical understanding of enterprise architecture, integrations, and domain expertise. Commercial understanding to solution, estimate, and negotiate commercial constructs while driving the sales cycle with clients. Ability to engage with C-level executives on the client side.
