Hilton Orlando is looking to welcome a Security Supervisor to join the team. Our hotel features over 1,400 guest rooms and is located near International Drive and connected to the Convention Center. The Security team reports to the Director of Security.
Responsibilities
Assist with the daily supervision and training of Security Officers/Guards to ensure the safety of guests and team members and the security of the hotel and property.
Patrol the interior of and the perimeter of the hotel and property to observe and identify potential safety risks and security concerns.
Coordinate and lead response to emergency situations including safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies, and threats to life or property.
Promote safe work practices and monitor and develop team member performance through supervision, evaluations, training, scheduling, assigning work, and recognizing performance.
Initiate preliminary investigations into incidents, write reports, and ensure accuracy of documentation.
Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
Perform duties of a Security Officer as needed.
What we’re looking for
2+ years in a hospitality security role.
3+ years in customer service with a passion for guest service.
Ability to work the required shifts (full availability: AM/PM/Overnight, weekdays, weekends, holidays as needed).
