Position Overview

As a Server, you will be part of a high-performance, service-driven team that focuses on precision, guest experience, and deep knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and beer. You’ll be expected to uphold strict steps of service, maintain daily mastery of the wine and cocktail lists, and deliver warm, genuine hospitality that keeps guests returning. Whether you’re looking to advance your career or maintain a flexible, on-call schedule, we value creativity, professionalism, and a deep respect for food and drink. You must be available to work on Sundays. Key Responsibilities

Deliver impeccable, intuitive service, anticipating guest needs and ensuring every dining experience exceeds expectations. Uphold strict steps of service, including precise menu presentation, polished table maintenance, and seamless coordination with the kitchen and bar teams. Display genuine hospitality, making guests feel welcome while maintaining the highest professional standards. Handle high-volume service with efficiency, grace, and an unwavering commitment to hospitality excellence. Work closely with the culinary team to understand each dish’s composition, flavors, and ideal pairings. Be tested daily on wine pairings, spirit profiles, and beer selections, ensuring fluency in all beverage offerings. Guide guests through the wine list, making expert recommendations based on varietals, regions, and food pairings. Demonstrate a deep understanding of classic and modern cocktails, craft beers, and small-batch spirits, educating guests as needed. Stay informed on current beverage trends, emerging winemakers, and new industry techniques, contributing to an ever-evolving drink program. Properly open, decant, and serve wine in alignment with fine dining standards. Follow rigorous beverage service etiquette, including proper glassware selection, pour techniques, and presentation. What We’re Looking For

Minimum of 3 years in a server role in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or bar. Deep knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer, with a focus on pairings, production methods, and regional nuances. Exceptional service skills, including strict adherence to fine dining steps of service. Professionalism, hospitality, and a team-first attitude—we want people who genuinely love this industry. Attention to detail and ability to thrive under pressure in a high-energy, high-expectation environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to educate guests with warmth and expertise. Certification: BASSET and Food Handler licenses required prior to starting. Need More Flexibility? On-Call Events Team
