Be a Team Member: Collaborate with other associates to support a strong meat team; communicate with teammates; be flexible to cover other areas as needed. Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of floor and backroom operations, product safety standards, sanitation, inventory management, and the operation, maintenance, and sanitization of equipment; prepare meat products according to established standards; cut boneless meat products; maintain product quality standards. Be a Techie: Use digital tools and handheld technology to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and support training and product quality decisions with the member in mind. Be an Owner: Maintain operational excellence, ensure quality and date control, secure fragile/high-shrink items, eliminate waste, assist members with purchasing decisions, and ensure proper packaging, labeling, and storage of merchandise in accordance with company policies. Be a Talent Ambassador: Model high quality service and products, convey energy and commitment, and advocate for the member’s experience in the meat area. Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service, greet and thank members, and maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area. Maintain safety, sanitation, and cleanliness in all work areas; follow company policies and procedures; assist members with purchasing decisions. Collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and other partners; communicate progress and information; identify priorities and deadlines; adapt to change and feedback. Qualifications
