Sous Chef

Sous Chef , you’ll play a key role in leading our back-of-house team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering high-quality dishes that keep our guests coming back. You\'ll oversee kitchen staff, maintain top-tier cleanliness and food safety standards, and bring creativity to our evolving menu. What You’ll Do Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to ensure seamless execution of service. Maintain high standards of food preparation, safety, and sanitation. Oversee kitchen operations, including scheduling, inventory, and purchasing. Assist with menu development and introduce new creative dishes. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver an outstanding guest experience. Monitor kitchen equipment and coordinate repairs as needed. What We’re Looking For 2-3 years of culinary leadership experience in a high-volume kitchen. Strong skills in menu planning, kitchen operations, and team leadership. Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Food Handling Certificate and completion of in-house Sous Chef training (or equivalent). Proficiency in kitchen technology, POS systems, and inventory management. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
