Support and coach financial advisors and platform users to enhance their operational efficiency Provide guidance on best practices for coaching and technology adoption Assist in driving platform adoption and resolving user challenges Document complex concepts clearly for diverse audiences Participate in process improvement initiatives within Business Execution What’s Needed?
Minimum of 2+ years experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning Strong coaching and training background with excellent communication skills Ability to adapt to new technologies and drive user adoption Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively across organizational levels What’s in it for me?
