We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot which includes helping members with their purchases, and ensure there are carts ready and available. You will also assist our members helping them load their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. Ensure club pickup orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed; inform members when products are unavailable; offer alternative product options; ensure items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup; resolve member issues and concerns; promote the company\'s products and services. Maintain safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps; handle merchandise according to procedures; report unsafe situations to facility management. Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs; assist with purchasing decisions; process member purchases; assist with payments according to company policies; use cash registers for transactions; locate and organize merchandise; zone designated areas; resolve issues; maintain cart/flatbed availability; assist with transporting items; use cart retrieval equipment; maintain parking lot cleanliness. Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics; apply the Open Door Policy in daily work. Complete work assignments by prioritizing with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; meet deadlines; communicate progress; identify improvement opportunities; adapt to change and feedback.
