is a Southern California Based Wholesale lender in the Non-QM lending space. We have experienced ownership and management without any legacy issues you may have experienced in the recent past. Open territories are another plus.

WIDE OPEN OPPORTUNITY TO CRUSH! We are seeking an on-site/in-house Wholesale Mortgage Account Executive. If you are currently an Inside Wholesale Account Executive with Mortgage Broker relationships, with a history of documented Non-QM and Agency production, we can offer you a first-rate customized support team. We are nimble and able to move as you need. If you are interested in being the main focus of our origination team with superior support and access to the main Non-QM conduits, with some unique ones as well, with no broker account conflicts – wide open territory, consider Real TPO as your new home. Mortgage lender headquartered in Los Angeles, CA Offer different programs including Non-QM, conventional, high balance and jumbo loans Efficient turn times in all departments Open territories without Broker Account conflicts Multiple Non-QM conduits with redundancy to insulate liquidity challenges Job Duties

Cold call potential clients 50-70 calls per day Migrate your existing book of business. We do not require a high dollar production history, but some past volumes that show you understand the industry and have customers in place Responsible for handling "House Accounts" and maximizing referrals from these sources Responsible for contacting, and gaining approval for new mortgage brokers Provide sales management with timely production pipeline reports, projections, etc. Proven ability to set and reach realistic sales goals. Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations Proven ability to use independent judgment and discretion Build and maintain relationships with current & new potential brokers Manage the entire sales cycle from finding potential clients to securing a deal Find new sales opportunities and turn them into long-term partnerships Qualifications

Travel to conferences & events High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred Have fun crushing the game! 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement or construction industries Previous sales experience in home improvement or construction industry is preferred Must have an established broker base with documented production - we do not require a large volume history, but some production that will show your activity Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations and laws Excellent communication and customer service skills Self-motivated and service-oriented attitude Documented Non-QM, Government and Agency Production Oh, and have fun crushing the game!
