Responsibilities

Communicate with sales team, estimating team, and customers to understand the scope of the print project. Facilitate production of large-format offset and sheet-fed printing through prepress, pressroom, and finishing departments; complete assigned projects on time, to customer specifications, with accuracy and efficiency. Produce estimates with expected costs for the project; address questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project. Act as liaison between company, customers, and vendors; collaborate with sales, estimating, and production teams to provide information required to produce jobs per customer specifications. Independently track and manage all projects from estimating to invoicing; perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines; highly motivated and professional team player. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; strong math skills and willingness to estimate large-format print projects. Sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize tasks; thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being produced. Application Instructions
