Overview

Automotive Collision Repair Technology Program instructor (part-time) and ASN Clinical Adjunct Instructors (Nursing) are currently sought. Positions are located at Clarkesville and Blairsville campuses. The program aims to prepare participants for entry-level Automotive Collision Repair positions in the automotive industry and to support nursing clinical education through simulated and real-world learning experiences. Responsibilities are conducted in classroom, indoor shop, and clinical environments, following approved course syllabi and institutional policies. Responsibilities

Automotive Collision Repair Technology Program Instructor: Provide instruction to students in the Automotive Collision Repair Technology Program, using appropriate teaching techniques and testing and grading procedures, including maintenance of grade books and required records. Evaluate student progress toward goals and objectives; complete reports and records in a timely manner; maintain accurate inventory of all assigned properties. Work primarily in classroom and indoor shop areas with attention to detailed procedures in preparation, maintenance, and operation of automotive equipment; manage inventory and requisition supplies. Demonstrate knowledge of current in-field procedures and adhere to the approved course syllabus. Communicate effectively in oral and written form; work with minimum supervision. ASN Clinical Adjunct Instructors (Nursing): Supervise and educate students at clinical sites using a variety of learning experiences and activities. Facilitate clinical learning experiences and assist with assessment and evaluation of student achievement of clinical outcomes. Promote a safe learning environment for a diverse student body in accordance with established course syllabi; utilize a variety of teaching methods and available technology (including simulated electronic health record systems). Provide students with appropriate course materials (syllabus, calendar, policies) and maintain student records; adhere to institutional policies and procedures. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications Diploma in Auto Collision Repair or related field Current ASE Certification Related work experience Preferred Qualifications Experience developing and teaching lessons individually and in classroom environments Knowledge of online instruction and gradebooks More than five years related work experience Nursing Program (ASN) Minimum Qualifications BSN degree from a regionally accredited institution Three (3) years\' work experience as a nurse within the past five (5) years Current Georgia Nursing License in good standing Nursing Program (ASN) Preferred Qualifications Teaching experience in an Associate degree nursing program Teaching experience in an accredited nursing program Experience using simulation equipment for nursing education Salary and Benefits
