Overview As a Cake Decorator you will drive member service in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.
Responsibilities
Be a Team Member: Collaborates with cross functional teams, educates others on tools, tasks, and resources, communicates effectively, maintains in-stock levels, and controls shrinkage.
Be an Expert: Plans bakery productions, ensures consistency in quality and decor, follows recipes and measurements, uses decorating tools, ensures food safety standards and inventory management, and sanitizes equipment.
Be a Techie: Leverages digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience, using handheld technology to support production, merchandising, training, and product quality.
Be an Owner: Drives bakery area performance with focus on quality, date control, waste reduction, seasonal readiness, and assisting members with purchasing decisions and issue resolution.
Be a Talent Ambassador: Acts as a brand advocate, models high-quality service, and supports training and development of teammates.
Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics by applying related action plans and using the Open Door Policy.
Completes work assignments by prioritizing, collaborating with managers and coworkers, and communicating progress and opportunities for improvement.
Respect the Individual: Embraces differences, fosters belonging, and contributes to a positive team culture.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: 6 Months' Experience In Fresh Production Area.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
