$80,000 to $100,000 per year Responsibilities
Manage and grow client relationships by executing data-driven performance marketing strategies that exceed customer acquisition goals while ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, balancing client demands with internal goals and priorities. Identify and execute opportunities to scale client accounts, consistently aiming to achieve profitability targets within the first 6 months. Own the onboarding experience to decrease time-to-launch by coordinating across Sales and Operations. Oversee day-to-day campaign execution, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned with client KPIs. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly campaign updates with clear insights tailored to technical and non-technical audiences. Analyze performance data to optimize strategy in real-time and drive better outcomes across client portfolios. Develop strategic partnerships by establishing and maintaining client relationships and identifying growth opportunities. Stay ahead of digital marketing trends with a strong understanding of affiliate marketing, user acquisition, and familiarity with tracking platforms/tools (e.g., Everflow, Tune, HasOffers, Looker is a plus). Experience & Qualifications
2+ years of digital marketing/affiliate marketing experience with a focus on performance marketing and client relationship management. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven track record in day-to-day client management with the ability to manage multiple accounts concurrently and with attention to detail. Strong negotiating and data analysis abilities to showcase performance and inform business outcomes. Ability to build and nurture client relationships while proactively identifying growth opportunities. Competencies

Base salary is set according to market rates for the nearest major metro and varies based on Launch Potato’s Levels Framework. Your compensation package includes a base salary, profit-sharing bonus, and competitive benefits.
