Overview
Stark Exterminators
is looking to hire a full-time Inside Sales Representative to sell additional services to existing and former customers by phone. They will also provide administrative support to service centers by answering phones, scheduling services, and managing payment data. This position requires exceptional customer service and will meet daily call volume standards. This position earns an hourly rate plus commissions. Responsibilities
Sell additional services to existing and former customers by phone Provide administrative support to service centers by answering phones, scheduling services, and managing payment data Make outbound calls as part of lead-generation programs and enroll customers in services that meet their needs Document interactions and call activity in the customer relations management system Support the administrative team by handling inbound calls for scheduling, billing, or problem resolution Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) workweek Excellent telephone skills Basic computer skills Able to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams Able to pass internal technical exams Previous customer service experience preferred About Our Family Of Brands

In this position, you will influence customers by introducing and educating them on services that best fit their needs and enrolling them in those services. You will generate leads and appointments through telephone conversations and be coached by regional training managers. You will document interactions and call activity in our CRM. You will also support the administrative team by answering inbound calls for scheduling, billing, or problem resolution. Benefits
