is looking for a Sales Representative to join their safety-conscious team. This role focuses on building business within the territory and developing and maintaining strong customer relationships. The Outside Sales Representative collaborates with route drivers to provide product insight to customers across essential lines of business. Base pay range: $37,050.00/yr - $105,532.00/yr. Midland, TX Responsibilities
Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times. Develop and manage new customer acquisition and sales pipeline. Retain and grow the existing book of business. Set monthly and quarterly goals with the District Sales Manager to identify and close opportunities for additional Safety-Kleen products and services within existing and new accounts. Serve as the primary contact for customers and expand Safety-Kleen presence across facilities through various lines of business and service offerings. Collaborate with route drivers to convert new sales opportunities. Grow the customer base with new lines of business. Prepare and deliver customer quotes. Prospect and convert leads into customers. Achieve monthly sales quotas and budgets. Qualifications
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Tenacious, assertive, strong organizational skills and a hunter mentality. Proven ability to develop a book of business. Working knowledge of Salesforce.com is a plus. 3+ years of business-to-business sales experience preferred. Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Time and territory management skills to focus on value-added sales activities. Strong collaboration and ability to facilitate a service team approach to ensure customer satisfaction and follow-through. Strong negotiation skills and ability to drive decision-making.
