Your role: The mission of this position is to assist the sales team in reaching their sales targets by providing professional customer support through efficient and accurate order processing/tracking as well as timely and cost-effective logistics and purchasing. Responsibilities

Provide oversight and supervision of the sales coordination team. Manage the end-to-end order processing workflow, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. Track team progress towards established goals through the development of relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Serve as an escalation point for inquiries and reports related to sales orders and invoicing. Expedite orders through collaboration with Regional Vice Presidents, Business Line Managers, and the Product Company. Provide coaching and development opportunities for members of the team, including product and applications training. Provide timely updates on order status and deliveries to customers. Collaborate with supply chain and logistics to resolve order-related issues and improve customer experience. Drive initiatives to automate and streamline order processing systems and technologies. Supervisory responsibilities

A minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience in a similar role is required. Experience in the construction, power, and/or pump industries is a plus, and prior supervisory experience is preferred. This position requires a high school diploma or GED. A four-year Bachelor\'s degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Skills to be successful include

Advanced knowledge of order processing in SAP is required. Proven ability to motivate and inspire others is desirable. Ability to educate others in the order and administration process. A strong candidate demonstrates initiative, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure setting. Must have capability to develop creative process improvements while consistently meeting deadlines and maintaining timeline commitments. Excellent communication, both verbally and written. Benefits
