As a Student Enrollment Specialist at Herzing, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals to transform their lives and communities. Your primary focus will be to assist students in navigating their educational journey, including understanding class schedules, classroom logistics, and ensuring the submission of all required documents for enrollment at Herzing University. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. Preferred: Experience in college admissions or a related field. This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, with shifts including: 8 AM - 5 PM 9 AM - 6 PM 10 AM - 7 PM (one night per week) Possibility of additional evening hours and occasional Saturdays. We prefer candidates who are located near one of our campus locations, facilitating a potential hybrid work model. Region Locations: Midwest: Kenosha, Brookfield, Madison, Milwaukee (WI), Minneapolis (MN) South: Clarksville, Nashville (TN), Akron (OH), Atlanta (GA), Birmingham (AL), New Orleans (LA) Florida: Tampa, Orlando Compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors. New hires typically start toward the lower end of the salary range. The hourly pay range for this role is $22.01 to $29.77. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Student Support:

Act as the primary point of contact for students accepted to Herzing, offering timely and accurate guidance throughout the enrollment process. Enrollment Process:

Assist students in completing all enrollment forms while ensuring compliance with university policies. Information Sessions:

Lead informative sessions for prospective students and families, sharing detailed insights about the university and programs. Campus Tours:

Organize and conduct tours of the campus, highlighting university facilities and campus life. Student Interviews:

Interview prospective students to evaluate their qualifications and compatibility with the university. Cohort Management:

Work closely with the admissions team to assess and communicate cohort needs for effective enrollment management. Communication:

Keep in steady contact with students, responding to inquiries via email, phone, or in-person meetings, and providing ongoing updates throughout the enrollment process. Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the university’s systems. Collaborative Partnerships:

Collaborate with various departments, including faculty and financial aid, to address student needs efficiently. Admissions Events:

Assist the admissions team in planning and executing recruitment events such as open houses and enrollment fairs.
