Facilities Maintenance Technician III
Keystone Management is a leading provider of industrial, aviation and facility maintenance services. The Facilities Maintenance Technician III supports the operations of our RICE Building in Atlanta, GA, performing preventive and corrective maintenance on building plumbing, mechanical, electrical and control systems. Location:
RICE Building, Atlanta, GA
Schedule:
Monday Friday 8:30?am5:00?pm (24/7 on?call emergency)
Salary:
$29.00$35.00?HR. Job Responsibilities Perform essential preventive maintenance and repair of plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and control systems, including HVAC, refrigeration, and A/C units. Change filters, clean heating and cooling coils, clean floor drains, and maintain roof structures. Carry out basic carpentry, painting, drywall repair, and removal/install of signage. Use a computer?based CMMS system to create, close out, and document work orders with labor hours, maintenance activities, and parts used. Assist and supervise outside service personnel, inspectors, and vendors as needed. Maintain a clean, organized work area and comply with OSHA, safety, and PPE requirements. Participate in a 24/7 emergency on?call schedule and respond to urgent repair needs. Collaborate with on?site janitorial staff and support as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (HS Diploma). Certification in a skilled trade or relevant system is required. Experience performing preventive maintenance (PM) on equipment. Strong customer service, communication, and problem?solving skills. Detail oriented and professional in appearance. Professional painting experience is a plus. Commercial carpentry experience is a plus.
