Overview We are looking for a Southeast Asian culinary team, including a Head Chef and Sous Chef, to deliver authentic Malaysian, Singaporean, and Indonesian cuisine for VIP guests at a luxury Las Vegas resort. This is a consulting role during peak holiday season, with potential for Lunar New Year extension.

Key Responsibilities

Lead (Head Chef) and support (Sous Chef) in preparing and executing authentic Southeast Asian dishes.

Oversee and mentor a small culinary support team to ensure high-quality, family-style, and private dining experiences.

Collaborate with hotel chefs to develop and document core Southeast Asian recipes for buffet and restaurant menus.

Adapt quickly to guest requests and changing service needs during peak season.

Qualifications

Expertise in Malaysian, Singaporean, or Indonesian cuisine.

Prior experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end restaurants.

Leadership and mentoring skills for small culinary teams.

Head Chef – $800/day | Sous Chef – $600/day

Round-trip airfare and airport transfers

Hotel accommodations and staff meals
