Base pay range:

Under the direction of the Community Bank Manager, performs a wide variety of duties including opening accounts, taking loan/line of credit applications, and making referrals to product line specialists when appropriate. Essential Functions
Perform a broad variety of account opening and customer services
Open a wide variety of Consumer and Business Bank Accounts including loans and deposits
Identify and complete referrals to other Lines of Business including Mortgage, Investments, Cash Management, Commercial Loans and Insurance
Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank services and products
Assist clients with account maintenance, online and mobile products and services, wire transfers, debit card, check orders, and overdraft assistance
Assist and open CDARS accounts/transactions, IRA accounts/transactions and consumer loan products
When required, perform teller duties such as receiving deposits, checks, and payments, and processing withdrawals
Educate and profile clients using bank systems
Organize work to include sales tracking, plans, follow-up calls, client onboarding and client retention
Adhere to all policies and procedures of the company
Follow operational procedures to include security
Make the Bank’s promise of "Service Beyond Expectations" real and believable by following defined principles

Skills/Abilities
Must be comfortable and confident in a sales and service environment
Highly goal oriented
Team player; work closely with fellow Relationship Bankers and Customer Service Tellers
Professional manners and good interpersonal skills
Computer knowledge, good typing skills, math skills, good listener and problem solver
Notary and NMLS registration as needed
Education and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent required
Prior retail banking experience preferred
Prior customer service experience preferred
Position requires cross-training as a Customer Service Teller and cross-utilization based on branch needs
Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment This job operates in a clerical office setting. Office environment with standard equipment and duties conducted via telephone, in-person meetings, and computer.
Physical Demands This position requires manual dexterity and the ability to lift files and open cabinets; may involve bending, stooping or standing as necessary.
Travel Travel may be required for this position.
