Overview Position Structure:

Job Description Our retail client is a leading North American omnichannel retailer with multiple well-known brands in the athletic and lifestyle space. As part of a major Finance Transformation program, they are implementing a unified finance system and standardized processes across all business entities.
The
Change Management Analyst
will play a key role in enabling organizational readiness and fostering leadership at all levels to support the successful adoption of new systems and ways of working. This role supports the Change and Communications Lead in planning, delivering, and monitoring change strategies that build resilience, drive engagement, and minimize resistance.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct change impact assessments to identify how finance and operational changes will affect stakeholder groups.
Partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to promote adoption and leadership alignment around new processes.
Develop and deliver clear, engaging communications tailored to diverse stakeholder needs.
Coordinate training sessions and learning resources in collaboration with training leads.
Engage with Change Champions to gather feedback and monitor readiness across departments.
Track adoption metrics and resistance trends, helping to address concerns proactively.
Align change activities with program milestones and maintain documentation to support transparency and accountability.
Continuously improve change management tools and approaches based on feedback and outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-5 years of hands-on experience in organizational change management, ideally within large-scale transformation or ERP implementation.
Strong understanding of change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter).
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proven experience supporting or developing training and communication plans.
Analytical and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Self-starter with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
