Responsibilities
Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and in writing, e.g., customers, suppliers, associates.
Implement the business plan for the area of responsibility by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, coordinating workloads, and ensuring associates complete required training.
Manage daily administrative functions of the HR office, including benefits, hiring, transfers, terminations, payroll, recruiting, and staffing initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies by reviewing and managing accuracy, confidentiality, and maintenance of HR documents, and by implementing HR systems applications.
Maintain quality and safety standards in the area of responsibility, ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, and monitoring compliance.
Identify associate, customer, and/or supplier concerns and determine corrective actions or recommendations to resolve issues.
Supervise and develop associates and leaders, assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, providing feedback, teaching, and coaching.
Manage and coordinate training programs such as new‑hire orientation, CBL modules, web‑based training, and virtual classroom sessions for distribution and/or transportation associates.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support plans and initiatives that meet customer and business needs.
Promote a culture of belonging by building inclusive teams, recognizing contributions, and advancing Walmart’s values of integrity, service, and excellence.

Minimum Qualifications
Associate’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year’s supervisory experience, OR
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field, OR
2 years’ Walmart Logistics management experience, OR
2 years’ supervisory experience, including 1 year’s experience managing human‑resource processes, OR
1 year’s Walmart Stores, Inc. Human Resources experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Human Resources knowledge and certifications: PHR or SPHR.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience supervising associates, training and facilitation.
Familiarity with Walmart Logistics systems.
Bachelor’s in Business or Logistics.
