Overview

This role focuses on delivering excellent customer experiences, leading front-end operations, and supporting loyalty programs while maintaining a clean, organized store. The position is located at a TJX store in Webster, NY with a starting pay range of $16.50 to $17.00 per hour, determined by relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
Responsibilities
Create a positive internal and external customer experience
Promote a culture of honesty and integrity; maintain confidentiality
Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles
Train and coach Associates on personalizing the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs
Assign registers, support POS coverage needs, and coordinate breaks for all Associates
Address customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience
Ensure Tasks align with store plan and prioritize as needed
Communicate accurately with management and Associates when setting priorities; provide progress updates
Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback
Partner with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness
Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures
Promote credit and loyalty programs
Support shrink reduction goals and programs
Promote safety awareness and maintain a safe environment
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Available to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
Strong understanding of merchandising techniques
Capable of multi-tasking
Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors
Able to train others
1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience
Location & Compensation Address: 1032 Ridge Road, USA TJ Maxx Store 1009 Webster NY. Location: Webster, NY. This position has a starting pay range of $16.50 to $17.00 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
