UI/UX Designer

to take the lead in shaping the look, feel, and usability of a cutting‑edge digital platform. You’ll own the full design journey — from discovery and ideation to high‑fidelity production — crafting intuitive, delightful, and impactful experiences for users. Responsibilities

Lead UX/UI initiatives across the entire product lifecycle — from discovery and concept to development

Gather requirements, conduct market research, and create user flows, site maps, and mockups using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud

Translate insights into high‑fidelity platform designs that balance usability, brand identity, UI components, and backend requirements

Present design concepts to stakeholders and collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility

Deliver production‑ready assets, including annotated wireframes, for a seamless development handoff

Conduct design reviews and audits to maintain a high‑quality user experience throughout implementation

Continuously optimize interaction design, usability, and overall product quality

Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing teams throughout all stages of development (sprint planning, user stories, QA, testing)

Support marketing design needs, dedicating approximately 10% of your time to these activities

Requirements

3+ years in web or interactive design, with a strong portfolio showcasing intuitive, engaging, and functional UI designs

2+ years of experience designing for B2B SaaS platforms

Proficient in research methods such as competitive analysis, surveys, interviews, and usability testing

Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and prototyping tools

Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams, including front‑end engineers, and participating in agile sprint cycles

Solid understanding of modern web standards and technologies

Independent problem‑solver capable of delivering elegant solutions and prototypes

Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly

Growth‑driven, flexible, and adaptable to a fast‑paced, evolving environment

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communication Design, Interaction Design, or a related field – as a plus
