Interior Designer
with 2+ years of experience, ideally in higher education, civic, religious, or K‑12 projects. Join a highly creative, collaborative team dedicated to innovative design solutions and excellence. Base pay range
$65,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Collaborate on corporate interiors projects through programming, conceptual, schematic, and design development phases Participate in furniture, fabric, equipment, and lighting selections Produce millwork/furniture drawings and details aligned with program requirements and overall design concept Develop space planning concepts and program documents Coordinate with project teams, consultants, fabricators, and regulatory agencies Participate in construction administration, reviewing submittals and finish samples Contribute to office initiatives, learning programs, and collaborative activities Qualifications
2+ years of Interior Design experience Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field Knowledge of FF&E, furniture systems, color/material selections, and specifications Graphic presentation skills; proficiency in
Revit
required Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, SketchUp preferred Ability to work on multiple projects and collaborate across offices Understanding of life safety codes and requirements Seniority level
