Shaw Bakers is growing! We are searching for an experienced Marketing Manager to play a key role in the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive brand growth and enhance La Boulangerie’s presence in the marketplace. This role requires a hands-on marketer with a solid understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and brand management. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, managing brand identity, and collaborating across teams to ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging. Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Responsibilities

Assist in the development and implementation of integrated marketing plans to increase brand awareness, drive product trial, and foster customer loyalty and repeat sales Work closely to project manage agency and freelance partners in executing marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels, ensuring alignment with brand strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and project management, to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business goals. Creative & Brand Management: Maintain and enhance brand positioning, ensuring a cohesive and strong presence across all customer touchpoints. Manage packaging projects from initial mock ups to approved final print files, managing the process of reviews, design changes, physical mock ups, proof reviewing and final print files and proof approvals. Manage creative freelancers and agencies, including designers, photographers, and videographers, to produce high-quality brand materials. Oversee and assist Social Media Coordinator in monthly planning, and content creation and critical information for CPG. Ensure La Boulangerie cafes are seamlessly integrated with at-home products into a cohesive brand experience on owned digital channels. Manage tradeshow participation, planning, and execution from registration through all asset development, design coordination, ordering and delivery. Act as the brand primary point of contact throughout the process. Consumer Insights & Market Analysis

Conduct market research and gather consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities. Utilizing Dataessentials, ai research, and other data platforms. Monitor the competitive landscape, providing insights to adjust strategies as needed. Product Innovation & Launches

Support the product development team in creating and launching new products that align with brand values and consumer needs. Assist in developing go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including pricing, positioning, and promotional plans. Cross-Functional Support

Sales: Create sales collateral, such as sell sheets, product catalogs, and customer presentations. Human Resources: Develop internal marketing materials to support employee engagement and communication. Budget & Performance Management

Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources to maximize ROI. Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3-5+ years of experience in brand management or marketing management, preferably within the CPG industry. Experience with CPG packaging design project management preferred. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns. Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and data analysis. Excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics. Passion for the bakery industry and a deep appreciation for artisanal products. Seniority level
