Promptly unloading trucks Assisting fellow associates as needed throughout the store Sorting and stocking products on shelves and in the backroom Engaging with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude Maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area Ensuring club pick up orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging throughout the day Staging products according to company policy and procedures What you’ll do
Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs; advising on self-service technology; assisting with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; resolving issues; and promoting company products and services Maintains safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials per guidelines, and reporting unsafe conditions Maintains sales floor and merchandise presentation by zoning, stocking, organizing displays, pricing, identifying shrink, and securing fragile/high-shrink items Monitors product quality, rotation, dating, recalls, and sanitation; ensures prominent display of promotional and seasonal merchandise Ensures adherence to company policies, ethics standards, and Open Door Policy Completes work assignments by coordinating with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; prioritizing tasks and communicating progress Qualifications
